YuruYuri: Season 2- Episode 10 (F/F Tickling)

This is an adorable scene. It's not the longest in the world, but it is enjoyable. Chinatsu is supposed to be giving Akari a massage, but instead of massaging her, she's tickle torturing her instead. It's pretty cute, especially how Akari is kicking her feet while this is going on.

Later Chinatsu gives Akari a foot massage, but it's with her sock on and it looks more painful than anything else.
